Alex has been a writer and marketing consultant for more than ten years, collaborating with both publications and companies to create health, medicine, and wellness content. On the media side, her work has appeared in the Washington Post, Forbes, Huffington Post, Glamour, Today’s Parent, Women’s Health, Verywell Family, Parents, and The Healthy. She’s also worked with major brands as an editorial consultant and ghostwriter, including Sam’s Club and Johnson & Johnson. Before launching her writing career, Alex taught high school media studies for a decade.
